About The Position

ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring an In-Store Lead Generator to work inside major home improvement retail locations in Davie, Florida. This customer-facing sales role focuses on engaging shoppers, generating leads, and setting appointments by introducing ARS heating, cooling, home comfort, energy-saving, and indoor air quality services. Pay is $18–$21 per hour plus uncapped commission; the posting describes average earning potential of $25–$35 per hour with commission, which is not guaranteed. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday, with weekends required. Part-time and full-time positions are available. The role involves starting friendly, face-to-face conversations with shoppers, educating them about ARS services, scheduling free in-home consultations, entering customer information, and supporting in-store promotions. Candidates should be comfortable standing and walking during shifts, speaking with shoppers, attending weekly in-office meetings, and representing the ARS brand professionally. Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law.
