About The Position

Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street, Boston is currently looking for an In Room Dining Supervisor who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. This role involves supervising day-to-day In Room Dining operations, ensuring Four Seasons standards are consistently met, and assisting Food & Beverage leaders. The supervisor will lead, train, coach, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service, maintain a visible presence, and respond professionally to guest concerns. Additionally, the role requires ensuring quality standards for all food and beverage offerings, assisting with operational tasks like scheduling, inventory, purchasing, and cost controls, and monitoring facilities and equipment.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of supervisory experience in Food & Beverage, preferably within a luxury hotel environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and guest service skills.
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations, cost control, labor management, and inventory practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Must already be legally permitted to work in the United States. Applicants without valid work authorization for the United States will not be considered.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day In Room Dining operations and ensure Four Seasons standards are consistently met.
• Assist the Food & Beverage leaders.
• Lead, train, coach, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service.
• Maintain a visible presence in the operation and respond professionally to guest concerns, special requests, and service opportunities.
• Ensure quality standards for all food and beverage offerings, including wine and spirits knowledge.
• Assist with scheduling, inventory management, purchasing, and cost controls.
• Monitor facilities and equipment and recommend improvements when needed.
