About The Position

Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street, Boston is currently looking for an In Room Dining Supervisor who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. This position will supervise day-to-day In Room Dining operations and ensure Four Seasons standards are consistently met, assisting the Food & Beverage leaders. The role involves leading, training, coaching, and motivating team members to deliver exceptional service, maintaining a visible presence in the operation, and responding professionally to guest concerns, special requests, and service opportunities. The supervisor will also ensure quality standards for all food and beverage offerings, including wine and spirits knowledge, and assist with scheduling, inventory management, purchasing, and cost controls. Monitoring facilities and equipment and recommending improvements are also key aspects of the role.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of supervisory experience in Food & Beverage, preferably within a luxury hotel environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and guest service skills.
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations, cost control, labor management, and inventory practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Must already be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Responsibilities
