About The Position

The Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia is seeking an In-Room Dining Server to join our Food & Beverage team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional in-room dining experiences by providing prompt, personalized service and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and guest satisfaction. The In-Room Dining Server works closely with the Food & Beverage team and reports to the In-Room Dining leadership team.

Requirements

Knowledge of food and beverage service and guest service principles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to delivering exceptional service with professionalism and attention to detail.
Valid work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

Deliver food orders, beverages, and amenities to guest rooms in a timely and professional manner.
Present menu items and provide knowledgeable recommendations to guests.
Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests and concerns.
Set up, clear, and maintain in-room dining tables and trays.
Accurately process guest checks, obtain required signatures, and complete transactions.
Coordinate the removal of trays and tables from guest rooms.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and service equipment.
Uphold Four Seasons service standards to create memorable guest experiences.
