The In Room Dining Manager supports the management team in overseeing aspects of the In Room Dining department and Speyside Cafe. The In Room Dining Manager must ensure the consistency, quality and efficiency of food and beverage service and amenities for the hotel’s guest rooms and suites. They also assist the Food & Beverage Director with hiring, training, and supervising the staff. To work to ensure the consistency, quality and efficiency of food and beverage service and amenities for the hotel’s guest rooms & suites. To follow the wishes and preferences of our guests.
