Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in room service or a similar role in the hospitality industry
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Strong leadership and organizational abilities
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including dietary restrictions and allergens
  • Ability to handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
