Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in room service or a similar role in the hospitality industry
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including dietary restrictions and allergens
- Ability to handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of room service attendants to provide prompt and personalized service to our guests
- Coordinate the delivery of food and beverages to guest rooms, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Assist in menu selection, taking special requests, and providing recommendations to enhance the guest experience
- Collaborate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations and exceed guest expectations
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene in all aspects of room service
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly and professionally
- Train and mentor room service staff, fostering a positive and motivated team environment
- Assist in inventory management, order placement, and cost control measures
