About The Position

The In-Room Dining Attendant at Embassy Suites Louisville East is responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service to guests in their suites. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous food service experience
Communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lift and carry trays weighing up to 30-50lbs
Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Basic math and cash-handling skills

Responsibilities

Deliver food and beverages to guest suites in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.
Verify orders for accuracy before delivery.
Set up trays or tables in guest rooms according to Hilton brand standards.
Provide friendly and personalized service.
Collect payment and process transactions, when applicable.
Remove used trays, dishes, and carts from guest rooms and hallways.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the in-room dining service area and equipment.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
Coordinate with kitchen, front desk, and other hotel departments to ensure efficient service.
Respond to guest requests and resolve service issues promptly and professionally.
Assist with banquet or restaurant operations as needed.
