This position involves completing closing duties such as storing reusable goods, breaking down goods, cleaning equipment and areas, returning equipment to proper locations, locking refrigerators, restocking items, turning off lights, locking doors, and completing a daily cleaning checklist. The role also includes setting up, stocking, and maintaining work areas, inspecting the cleanliness and presentation of china, glassware, and silver before use, and maintaining cleanliness of work areas throughout the day with clean-as-you-go procedures. The attendant must follow all company and safety/security policies, report accidents and unsafe conditions, and complete safety training. They are responsible for maintaining a clean and professional appearance, protecting company assets, and welcoming guests according to company standards. Communication should be clear and professional, with appropriate phone etiquette. The role requires developing positive working relationships, supporting team goals, and responding appropriately to employee concerns, while ensuring adherence to quality standards. The attendant must be able to read and visually verify information, stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, and move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance. Fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination are necessary for manipulating objects. The job also requires moving over various surfaces, reaching overhead and below the knees, and performing other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.
