Rite-Hite Sales Professionals work within protected territories to represent our various lines of products and services. This position is responsible for selling capital equipment lines including machine guarding equipment, industrial fans, modular wall and curtain systems, mezzanines, lift tables, in-plant offices, and related equipment. Our customer base includes anyone with a loading dock, with emphasis on Fortune 500 manufacturers and distribution centers. This is an outside sales position, with responsibility for growing existing accounts, prospecting and securing new customers, and introducing new products and services to the Madison, MS marketplace.

Requirements

  • 4-year degree
  • Minimum of 3 years successful outside sales experience in an industrial or commercial setting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Skilled at building productive business relationships.
  • Good mechanical aptitude.
  • Knowledge of their territory and its customer base.

Responsibilities

  • Selling capital equipment lines including machine guarding equipment, industrial fans, modular wall and curtain systems, mezzanines, lift tables, in-plant offices, and related equipment.
  • Growing existing accounts.
  • Prospecting and securing new customers.
  • Introducing new products and services to the Madison, MS marketplace.
  • Developing solid territory business plans.
  • Effectively covering territories on a daily basis.
