About The Position
ICT Insurance Group is seeking motivated, people-focused, and goal-driven individuals to join our growing team as In-Market Sales Representatives specializing in Consumer Insurance solutions. This is a full-cycle sales opportunity where you’ll take ownership of the customer journey — from prospecting and relationship-building to closing and ongoing client support. Responsibilities
- Prospect and connect with individuals and families within assigned territories
- Conduct in-person consultations to assess insurance and financial protection needs
- Educate clients on consumer insurance products and coverage options
- Build strong customer relationships through trust, communication, and follow-up
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to policy enrollment
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM systems
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals
- Stay informed on industry trends, compliance standards, and product updates
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the client experience
