About The Position

NetWorth Realty in the Charlotte area focuses on finding residential properties that make great flips and rentals. These properties are sold to investors for rehabbing. The company buys and sells over 100 properties annually in the metroplex. After homes are rehabbed, owners often return to NetWorth Realty to list and sell or rent them. The company is seeking an in-house listing agent to help build their listing brokerage, as they have the potential to convert more listings than they currently handle. These listings also serve as a source for buyer leads. This can be a part-time position.

Requirements

• North Carolina Licensed Real Estate Broker
• Desire and Ability to work with a team, while still being able to drive your professional growth
• Desire to build a business and lead a team
• Strong work ethic and desire to be successful
• Commitment to a high level of customer service
• Excellent communication skills and ability to network to build your business
• Honesty and integrity
• PC proficiency, including internet, social media, Word, Excel, MLS

Responsibilities

• Finding residential properties that make great flips and rentals
• Selling properties to investors
• Listing properties for owners after they have been rehabbed
• Converting listings
• Generating buyer leads from listings
• Networking and Communicating with Buyers
• Analyzing markets and housing trends
• Negotiating contracts
• Showing buyers homes and hosting open houses (evenings and some weekends)
