The Account Coordinator provides administrative and project management support to the Account Executive, playing a key role in the execution of marketing initiatives for Baird & Warner agents. Working in close partnership with the Account Executive, this position supports agent marketing requests, assists with data gathering and template execution, and helps ensure projects move efficiently from request through completion. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented team member who enjoys supporting client-facing work, collaborating across teams, and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced marketing environment.
