About The Position

NetWorth Realty of Portland is seeking a motivated In-House Residential Listing Agent Assistant to help clients flip houses from start to finish. The company identifies residential properties suitable for flipping and rentals, selling them to investors. After rehabilitation, owners often return to NetWorth Realty to list these properties for rent or sale. The role is crucial for expanding the listing brokerage, as there's a significant opportunity to handle more listings and generate buyer leads. While years of experience are not required, a positive attitude, strong work ethic, commitment to customer service, and a desire to lead a team are essential.

Requirements

• Licensed Real Estate Salesperson
