This role involves in-person marketing with prospective and/or current owners within Wyndham Destinations resorts. The primary goal is to schedule guests to meet with a representative for a sales presentation. The agent will serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador, partner with resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests checking in, greet and incentivize potential customers to attend sales-preview tours, screen and qualify customers based on company guidelines, and make sales-tour reservations while collecting required deposits. The position also requires attending scheduled training sessions, department meetings, staying current on marketing information and industry trends, and setting/reviewing performance goals weekly, monthly, and annually.
