About The Position

We’re hiring two Listing Coordinators on our team at the Renee White Team at Keller Williams Realty. We are a high-volume real estate team in Walnut Creek , and this role is a key part of how our listings come to market. From coordinating vendors and timelines to preparing homes and supporting marketing, this work directly impacts the quality and success of every listing. This role is hands-on with a high level of ownership and accountability. What to Expect This isn't a remote or hybrid role. It requires being present full-time in the office and at properties throughout the week. This is a fast-paced environment that requires strong follow-through, attention to detail, and the ability to stay ahead of multiple moving parts. Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and keep things moving without constant direction
  • Strong attention to detail with a habit of catching what others miss
  • Takes ownership of work from start to finish and follows through consistently
  • Able to anticipate needs, stay ahead of timelines, and problem-solve in real time
  • Clear, concise communicator who can keep clients, vendors, and team members aligned
  • Highly organized and able to manage details without losing sight of the bigger picture
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Reliable, accountable, and consistent in execution
  • Experience coordinating projects, timelines, or vendors in a professional setting
  • Experience working in a structured, full-time role with a consistent schedule
  • Comfortable using basic technology tools such as Google Drive, email, and task or CRM systems
  • Valid driver’s license and comfortable with local travel for property visits
  • Comfortable being hands-on and involved in both planning and execution
  • This role requires a high level of ownership. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative and follows through without being asked.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in real estate, property management, or home services
  • Experience with marketing tools such as Canva or similar platforms

Responsibilities

  • Managing timelines and next steps for each listing
  • Communicating with clients and ensuring approvals are in place
  • Coordinating vendors, scheduling, and follow-through
  • Keeping projects organized and on track from start to finish
  • Meeting vendors onsite and documenting progress
  • Taking photos and videos to capture the property condition and updates
  • Preparing homes for staging and photography
  • Supporting marketing by selecting photos and drafting listing content
  • Organizing notes and next steps after each visit
