The studio specializes in supporting luxury brands, including jewelry and fine goods, with e-commerce presence and catalog production. We are looking for a highly detail-oriented eCommerce Listing Specialist to join the team, focused on preparing, organizing, and publishing product listings for antique and fine jewelry across multiple e-commerce platforms. This role is responsible for reviewing product information for accuracy and completeness, applying standardized formatting and naming conventions, and ensuring every listing meets established quality and presentation standards. It's a strong fit for someone who enjoys organizing information, maintaining consistency, and working in a structured, process-driven environment with attention to detail.

Requirements

Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Excellent written English communication.
Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel and effective file management.
Ability to follow documented procedures and maintain accuracy while working with large volumes of product information.
Comfortable learning new software, e-commerce platforms, and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.

Nice To Haves

Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or WooCommerce, basic image editing, and basic SEO principles preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepare and publish product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality before content goes live.
Organize, format, and refine product descriptions to improve readability and maintain consistent presentation across the catalog.
Review product information for completeness and accuracy, and apply standardized formatting and naming conventions to all listings.
Categorize products and assign appropriate attributes using established guidelines, while organizing product images to meet presentation standards.
Identify missing, inconsistent, or unclear information and communicate it to the team, following documented workflows and SOPs.
Contribute to improving workflows, documentation, and quality standards over time.
