About The Position

This job's primary purpose is to enter tour guest information into computer and assist sales representatives with their appointments. The In House Greeter will greet all guests checking into the Hotel Lobby with an energetic and welcoming smile, direct them to where they need to check in, and answer any questions about the Resort. This role will also assist other sales departments as needed.

Requirements

Bubbly personality
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work well with others
Computer literate
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization
