About The Position

Wolff Properties is seeking a creative intern to establish and grow social media accounts for its four St. Louis apartment communities. The intern will create content from scratch, including photographing, filming, editing, and writing posts, Reels, and Stories that showcase the communities to prospective and current residents. This hands-on role offers the opportunity to publish work regularly and build a portfolio of multifamily content. The position is hybrid: editing, writing, and scheduling can be done remotely, while shoots and resident events require in-person attendance at the properties. The schedule is approximately 20 hours per week, with flexibility around class schedules; some resident events take place on evenings or weekends. The internship runs from December 1, 2026 through May 31, 2027. Compensation is $22 per hour, paid biweekly and tied to content output. The intern will always receive at least Missouri minimum wage ($15 per hour) for every hour worked. The internship is not eligible for benefits.
