This is a local, in-home field role requiring daily travel to customer residences. The role is part-time, with a schedule of 5 evenings per week from 4:05 pm to 9:00 pm. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone starting their career who enjoys interacting with people and desires hands-on sales experience. As an In-Home Sales & Tech Support, you will be responsible for assisting customers through the Serve, Solve, Sell™ approach. The role includes paid training to prepare you for independent work in the field, where you will learn about products, gain sales experience, and develop skills in communication, negotiation, and problem-solving. Ongoing coaching and mentoring will be provided to support your professional growth. In the field, you will consistently apply the Serve, Solve, Sell™ model by meeting customers in their homes, offices, or other locations. Asurion will pre-schedule customer interactions to help you meet and exceed sales targets. You will provide exceptional customer service, prioritize the customer, and utilize your expertise to address and resolve technical issues with understandable solutions. You will also leverage Asurion’s product range to offer tailored solutions, actively listening to identify customer needs and positioning products effectively. Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential for making smooth transitions and achieving sales goals.
