About The Position

Superior Restoration is seeking a driven, customer-focused In-Home Sales Specialist for a full-time, exempt salaried position. This role requires on-call rotation availability, including after-hours and weekends, and offers an incentivized bonus plan based on sales performance. The specialist will serve as the initial point of contact for homeowners and businesses experiencing emergency damage from water, fire, or mold, determining the scope of work and providing estimates. The position focuses on a "one-visit close" for in-home appointments with qualified leads, requiring strong sales techniques without cold calling. Requirements

3+ years of sales experience
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated and calm under pressure
Comfortable using technology for job documentation
Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
Weekend and after-hours availability required

Nice To Haves

Sales experience in restoration, construction, or home services

Responsibilities

Be the first on-site for residential and commercial restoration calls on a rotating after-hours and weekend schedule.
Be available for on-call duties on a two-week rotation, including after-hours and weekend availability.
Meet with homeowners (qualified leads), assess property damage, and present solutions with empathy and professionalism.
Secure signed work authorizations on-site and communicate clearly about the restoration process and next steps.
Work closely with internal teams and insurance representatives to keep projects moving and clients informed.
Complete inspection notes, job files, and compliance documentation accurately and promptly.
