About The Position

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you'll be the face of our company, meeting with pre-qualified homeowners and presenting innovative bath remodeling solutions tailored to their needs. This outside sales position combines relationship-building, design consultation, and closing skills to help homeowners transform their spaces. Using our industry-leading technology and proven sales process, you'll guide customers from consultation to installation while building a highly rewarding career with unlimited earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional in-home sales presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system.
• Meet with company-provided, pre-qualified homeowners.
• Utilize our design software to create customized bath remodeling solutions.
• Educate homeowners on our products, services, and financing options.
• Provide pricing information and secure sales on a consistent basis.
• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales process.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and training sessions to continually improve performance.
• Manage follow-up activities and maintain accurate customer records.
