In-Home Sales Representative
About The Position
Home Genius Exteriors is hiring a full-time, W-2 Outside Sales Representative to meet with pre-qualified homeowners, inspect their homes, recommend remodeling solutions, present financing options, and close sales. The role covers roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors, with approximately 8–12 pre-qualified homeowner appointments per week and 2–3 qualified customers met daily. The position offers a hybrid work schedule in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. The company provides ongoing sales training and opportunities for career advancement. Compensation includes uncapped commissions and bonuses; average first-year earnings are stated as $150,000–$200,000, with top performers earning $300,000 or more.
Requirements
- Sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required; drive times are stated as 30–90 minutes from home.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a competitive mindset.
