About The Position

Luxury Bath Technologies is seeking a professional In-Home Design Consultant Sales pro to join their team at the Portland, OR office. This role involves working with individuals who have a passion for exceeding customer expectations. The company is known for its high standards of work and reputation for customer service in the home improvement industry. The ideal candidate is not a pushy salesperson but someone who can listen to homeowners, determine their needs, offer options, and close deals. The sales representative will report directly to the owner, who is committed to their success through training and ongoing development, offering support without micro-managing. The schedule is flexible, accommodating appointments based on availability, including potential evening or Saturday morning meetings.

Requirements

  • In Home sales experience preferred.
  • Acrylic experience preferred.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Excellent computer skills -- MS Office, database management, etc.
  • Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen, in accordance with local law/regulations.

Nice To Haves

  • Bath remodeling experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Work with individuals who have a passion for exceeding the customer's expectation.
  • Ask questions, listen to the homeowner, determine their needs, offer options, and close the deal.
  • Work independently while having access to support and backup from the owner.
  • Attend sales calls, which may include evenings or Saturday mornings, based on availability.
