About The Position

Mad City Windows & Baths, a proud company of the Renuity family, is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative. As part of a powerful network of seven trusted home renovation companies, we are dedicated to revolutionizing home improvement by making it faster, easier, and stress-free. We help homeowners create spaces they love without the hassle. With expert teams across 36 states and growing, we value fresh perspectives and welcome candidates from all backgrounds. This role involves meeting with potential clients in their homes, demonstrating unique products and services, providing timely presentations, accurate estimates, and detailed documentation. The goal is to become a professional expert and provide exceptional customer service to generate repeat business.

Requirements

Ability to work evening and Saturday appointments (No Saturday evening appointments)
In-Home Sales, Outside Sales, or Business to Consumer Sales experience preferred
Ability to meet and exceed goals
Must be self-motivated and results oriented
Ability to attend one-time training session in Madison, WI

Responsibilities

Meet with potential clients in their homes, demonstrating our unique products and outstanding services
Provide timely presentations, accurate estimates, and detailed documentation
Become a professional expert, fulfilling all steps in providing customer service beyond expectations to generate repeat business
