About The Position

Install America is seeking a driven, motivated, and customer-focused In-Home Sales Representative to support its bathroom remodeling business. The representative meets with pre-qualified homeowners who have expressed interest in the company’s products and services, uses a proven sales process and company-provided technology to design customized bath remodeling solutions, and helps customers bring their vision to life. This is an outside sales opportunity with a 100% commission-based compensation structure and stated earning potential of $150,000–$250,000+ per year. The role offers a flexible schedule in a local territory.
