About The Position

We are a well-established, multi-million-dollar home improvement company serving San Diego County, CA. Thanks to our substantial investment in marketing, we generate more qualified leads than our sales team can currently handle. We're looking for two driven In-Home Sales Representatives to join our growing team. With an average sale of over $21,000, pre-qualified appointments, and ongoing support, you'll have everything you need to succeed. This is not a cold-calling position—our appointments are confirmed and ready for you.

Requirements

Previous sales experience (in-home sales preferred but not required).
Strong closing and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
A passion for helping customers make informed decisions.
Professional appearance and presentation skills.
Creative mindset with an eye for design.
Willingness to learn new sales strategies and product knowledge.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and dependable.

Responsibilities

Meet with homeowners at pre-scheduled, qualified appointments.
Conduct in-home consultations and recommend premium home improvement solutions.
Build rapport, understand customer needs, and present customized proposals.
Confidently ask for the sale and close deals.
Maintain a strong closing percentage while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Run approximately two appointments per day.
