About The Position
Who We Are Window World is America’s Largest Exterior Remodeler and a trusted name in home improvement. We help homeowners improve their homes with high-quality windows, doors, siding, and other exterior products, combining the strength of a national brand with the service and support of a local team. Purpose of Position An In-Home Sales Representative serves as the primary point of contact for homeowners by delivering the Window World sales method to present solutions, build trust, and secure customer agreements to purchase our products and services.
Requirements
- The ability to quickly connect with anyone in any environment
- A competitive nature with a drive to succeed
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Nice To Haves
- Previous sales experience preferred, but we have also seen great success with recent grads and those from retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles
- Military veterans and spouses are encouraged to apply.
- Bilingual Spanish / English candidates with proficiency in English reading and writing are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Run company-provided, pre-scheduled in-home appointments in Elizabethtown market
- Guide customers through a personalized one-call close sales process
- Provide clear, itemized quotes and explain flexible financing options
- Availability to run sales appointments Monday thru Friday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- In-home consultations typically run about 2 hours each
- Participate in team meetings and training
