About The Position

All County One Day Bath – Bath Planet is seeking highly motivated, results-driven Design Consultants to join their team. This role focuses on meeting with pre-qualified homeowners who have already expressed interest in remodeling their bathrooms. The Design Consultant will conduct in-home consultations, uncover customer needs, present custom remodeling solutions, and close sales during the initial appointment. The company provides qualified leads, eliminating the need for cold calling, door knocking, or prospecting. This position offers unlimited earning potential for proven one-call closers in a fast-paced sales environment.

Requirements

Proven one-call close experience preferred
In-home sales experience strongly preferred
Background in home improvement, remodeling, windows, roofing, HVAC, solar, or other high-ticket sales industries
Demonstrated track record of closing large sales consistently
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to build trust and create urgency in the home
Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

Meet with pre-qualified homeowners who have already expressed interest in our products
Conduct professional in-home design consultations
Build rapport, uncover customer needs, and recommend custom bathroom remodeling solutions
Present pricing, overcome objections, and close sales during the initial appointment
Use company-provided technology and sales tools to deliver a world-class customer experience
Participate in ongoing training and coaching to maximize performance
