About The Position

Capital Heating, Cooling, Electric & Plumbing is seeking an experienced In-Home Outside Sales Representative to join their sales team. Requirements

  • Accomplished sales professional with a proven history of success in a complex sales environment
  • Previous in-home sales experience required
  • Experience selling solutions in the $10,000–$50,000+ range
  • Quick learner with the ability to retain product and industry knowledge
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to command a customer's attention
  • Committed to delivering an outstanding, personalized customer experience
  • Comfortable tracking sales activities, performance metrics, and personal results to drive continuous improvement
  • Receptive to ongoing training, coaching, and professional development
  • Strong objection-handling, follow-up, and relationship-building skills
  • Highly motivated, coachable, and driven to exceed sales goals
  • Verifiable history of earning more than $100,000 annually, with the ambition and ability to quickly surpass $150,000 per year

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of the home services industry is a plus, but not required
  • Door-to-door sales experience is a plus
