About The Position

In Home Sales Consultant (Design Consultant) at Renewal by Andersen | Central Indiana Territory. This is a Full-Time, Commission-Based role with Paid Training. Renewal by Andersen is the custom division of Andersen Windows, a globally recognized brand. We are seeking motivated sales professionals for our July 2026 training class. Design Consultants conduct sales presentations in residential homes for pre-scheduled appointments, providing homeowners with the information needed to make same-day decisions on window and door replacements. This role focuses on a one-call close with no project management or follow-up required.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License.
• Comfortable traveling up to 2 hours for appointments on a daily basis.
• Ability to lift and carry at least 40-60 lbs. of sample materials.
• Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad.
• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.
• Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process.
