The role is consultative, not pressure-based, focusing on explaining value, confidently leading pricing conversations, and executing a disciplined sales process. The company provides brand credibility, company-backed marketing, a proven sales process, financing options, and operational/production support teams. A CRM system (ServiceTitan) is in place, allowing the consultant to focus on selling and serving homeowners rather than chasing cold leads or building infrastructure.
