The In-Home Sales Consultant is the face of our business, and your hard work will directly affect customer satisfaction and company profitability. This is a dynamic and collaborative role where you'll coordinate with designers, store staff, and field teams to pull off impressive cabinetry projects that meet the client's needs, budget, and timeline.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license
  • Willingness to travel to customers' homes and designated locations
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Drive to close deals and grow revenue
  • Ability to learn about the cabinet buying and measuring process

Responsibilities

  • Follow inbound leads to identify and communicate with prospects
  • Qualify the customer's needs and recommend the right cabinet solutions
  • Take accurate in-home measurements, prepare cost estimates, and present detailed proposals
  • Follow up with customers after measuring appointments to maintain engagement and encourage conversion
  • Communicate with field teams to make sure all dimensions and project details are fully followed
  • Review measurements and quoting details for the finalized project scope
  • Communicate with clients throughout the sales process, provide job updates, answer questions, and address concerns
  • Update our CRM and store system with leads, quotes, and customer interactions
  • Adjust strategies as needed to meet sales, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction targets
