About The Position

While some businesses have slowed, home improvement is BOOMING! We’re looking for motivated sales professionals to join our next training class in July 2026. Our Design Consultants go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations. They provide all of the necessary information for homeowners to make a same-day decision on their window and door replacement projects. This is a strong one-call close sales role, with no project management or follow up required.

Requirements

  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Comfortable traveling up to 2 hours for appointments on a daily basis
  • Ability to lift and carry at least 40-60 lbs. of sample materials
  • Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad
  • 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions
  • Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process
