This is a full-time on-site role for an Acrylic Bath Sales Representative based in San Jose CA. In this role, you will be responsible for consulting with potential customers, understanding their remodeling needs, presenting product options, and creating tailored solutions for their acrylic bath upgrades. Additionally, you will manage client relationships, provide clear communication about project timelines, and ensure excellent customer experiences from consultation through project completion. Collaboration with design and installation teams will also be part of daily responsibilities to ensure projects align with customer expectations.

Requirements

  • Sales and customer service skills, including the ability to build strong client relationships and provide excellent customer experiences
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to clearly present solutions and address customer inquiries
  • Knowledge of home remodeling, particularly in acrylic bath systems, with the ability to provide appropriate recommendations
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications for documentation and scheduling purposes
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals in a professional setting
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must hold a HIS License: Or able to obtain

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in sales, remodeling, or a related field is highly advantageous
  • Additional education or certification in sales, design, or construction is a plus
  • 3+ Years of in home sales is a huge plus
