About The Position

In Home Sales Consultant (Design Consultant) for Renewal by Andersen - Knoxville Territory. Renewal by Andersen is the custom division of Andersen Windows, a brand established in 1903. Renewal by Andersen was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners. This role involves visiting residential homes for pre-scheduled appointments to conduct sales presentations. The Design Consultant provides homeowners with the necessary information to make a same-day decision on their window and door replacement projects. This is a one-call close sales role with no project management or follow-up required. Home improvement is currently experiencing a boom, and the company is looking for motivated sales professionals to join their July 2026 training class.

Requirements

Valid Driver's License
Comfortable traveling up to 2 hours for appointments on a daily basis
Ability to lift and carry at least 40-60 lbs. of sample materials
Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad
2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions
Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process
