About The Position

Sunbelt Home Solutions is seeking motivated, persuasive sales professionals to join their growing team as In-Home One-Call Closers. In this role, you will represent premium Impact Windows, Doors, and exclusive Lifetime Exterior Coating products, helping homeowners enhance and protect their homes. The position involves running pre-set appointments with qualified homeowners who have already expressed interest, eliminating the need for cold calling or door knocking. The company emphasizes a consultative approach, focusing on real conversations with ready customers.

Requirements

• Experienced in B2C sales, phone sales, automotive sales, finance & insurance, home improvement, or field sales.
• Competitive and motivated by performance.
• Confident communicator who builds rapport quickly.
• Coachable and eager to master a proven sales system.
• Positive, persistent, and influential.
• Driven to achieve financial success and career growth.
• W-2 Commission Position.
