About The Position

Honest Abe Roofing is seeking an In-Home Sales Advisor to meet with homeowners who have requested assistance with their roofs. This role offers significant income potential, with no prior roofing experience required. The company provides comprehensive training, company-generated appointments, a company vehicle, sales tools, and a structured sales process. This is a performance-based position with uncapped commission potential, ideal for competitive, coachable, dependable, and motivated individuals.

Requirements

• Willingness to learn roofing and follow a sales process
• Organized, dependable, and professional
• Comfortable using basic technology and CRM tools
• No roofing experience required
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to climb ladders and inspect roofs
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening, if required

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners at scheduled appointments
• Inspect roofs and identify repair or replacement needs
• Present roofing options and project estimates
• Educate homeowners and answer questions
• Build trust through clear, professional communication
• Follow up with homeowners after appointments
• Use our CRM to manage your pipeline
• Coordinate with production after the sale
• Represent Honest Abe Roofing professionally in the field
• Participate in training, coaching, and role play
• Work some evenings and Saturdays as needed
