About The Position

Rhino-Back Roofing is looking for top talent, in-home closers to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional who thrives in a high-energy environment and wants unlimited earning potential while helping homeowners protect and improve their homes.

Requirements

  • Previous in-home sales experience preferred (roofing, home improvement, solar, windows, HVAC, automotive)
  • Comfortable climbing ladders and inspecting roofs
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • Ability to work evenings and occasional weekends
  • Strong communication and closing skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Responsibilities

  • Run pre-scheduled, qualified in-home roofing estimates (we qualify and schedule your leads!)
  • Lead a structured, one-call close using our proven sales system
  • Present options, warranties, and financing so homeowners feel confident
  • Follow up with unsold prospects to convert leads into sales
  • Manage leads and follow-ups using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with production and office teams to ensure smooth project completion
  • Meet or exceed sales goals while continuously improving through training.
