About The Position

ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking an In-Home Plumbing Sales Specialist to join their team. This role involves meeting with homeowners experiencing water or drainage issues, inspecting plumbing systems using camera equipment, and presenting quotes for repair or replacement. It's a consultative position that requires a blend of technical knowledge and sales skills. ARS is the largest provider of residential heating, cooling, and plumbing services in the U.S., with a long history of delivering exceptional service.

Requirements

• Residential plumbing experience required
• Comfortable using camera inspection equipment
• Ability to explain and sell large-scope repair or replacement work
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Willingness to work evenings/weekends as needed
• Strong communication and customer presentation skills

Nice To Haves

• Prior in-home sales experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners who are experiencing water or drainage issues.
• Use a camera system to inspect underground or in-wall plumbing, identify root causes, and present quotes for repair or full line replacement—including excavation if necessary.
• This is a consultative role that combines technical knowledge with sales execution.
