About The Position

ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking a motivated In-Home Plumbing/Sewer Sales Representative to join their successful and growing team. This role offers the opportunity to control your financial future with high earning potential, as the company provides 100% of the leads, and the representative's primary responsibility is to close them. The position involves acting as a sales-driven closer for new and existing customers, evaluating their needs in their homes, and presenting options in a one-call-close setting. The goal is to meet and exceed budgeted sales goals through excellent customer service and relationship selling, aiming for repeat business. This is an uncapped commission opportunity.

Requirements

Experience in Outside Sales.
Experience in One-Call-Close environments.
Experience in a residential In-Home setting.
Self-motivated with a desire for high earning potential.
Ability to drive to sales locations.
Pre-employment screening.

Nice To Haves

Experience in the Skilled Trades business model (Plumbing, HVAC, Pest Control, Lawn Care, Roofing, Air Conditioning, Siding, Windows, Solar, Counter Tops, Kitchen & Baths, Security, etc.).
Plumbing Project Management experience.
Residential Plumbing experience.

Responsibilities
