About The Position

GYMGUYZ is seeking a Master Trainer to lead and mentor a team of personal trainers, bringing fitness directly to clients in their homes, offices, and community spaces. This role redefines training without limits by focusing on leadership, motivation, and impact. As a Master Trainer, you will mentor other trainers, drive results, and shape the future of fitness in your community.

Requirements

• Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
• CPR/AED certified (required)
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
• Proven success in client results and team mentoring
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• A passion for helping people
• Highly motivated
• Organized
• Continual learning is a must

Nice To Haves

• Sales and field marketing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results
• Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions
• Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards
• Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions
• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives
