About The Position

In-Home Master Personal Trainer at GYMGUYZ. This role involves leading and mentoring a team of personal trainers, conducting client assessments, designing and leading training sessions, overseeing client success metrics, supporting sales goals, facilitating workshops, and driving local marketing initiatives. The Master Trainer will represent GYMGUYZ's core values and contribute to shaping a high-performing fitness culture.

Requirements

Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
CPR/AED certified (required)
3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
Proven success in client results and team mentoring
Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills
Sales and field marketing experience preferred
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
A passion for helping people
Highly motivated
Organized
Continual learning is a must

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results
Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions
Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards
Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership
Facilitate workshops and team development sessions
Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives
