About The Position

GYMGUYZ is the nation's leader in mobile personal training, bringing fitness directly to clients in their homes, offices, and community spaces. As a Master Trainer, you will lead and mentor a team of personal trainers, drive client results, and shape the future of fitness in your community. This role is for a certified professional who thrives on leadership, motivation, and making an impact. You will travel to various client locations, conduct assessments, design and lead training sessions, oversee client success metrics, support sales goals, facilitate workshops, and drive local marketing initiatives. Requirements

Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
CPR/AED certified (required)
3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
Proven success in client results and team mentoring
Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel regularly throughout the assigned service area.

Nice To Haves

Sales and field marketing experience preferred

Responsibilities

Travel to client homes, offices, community spaces, events, and other service locations throughout the assigned territory.
Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results.
Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions.
Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards.
Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership.
Facilitate workshops and team development sessions.
Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives.
