About The Position

GYMGUYZ is redefining the fitness industry as the nation’s leader in mobile personal training. We bring fitness directly to homes, offices, and organizations. This role offers the opportunity to train on your terms with clients who want your coaching, providing flexibility, autonomy, and stability without the typical gym environment. You will deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions, design personalized programs using the GYMGUYZ App, conduct reassessments, manage your schedule efficiently, motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins. You will also collaborate with a supportive team and represent GYMGUYZ’s core values: Determination, Respect, Integrity, Versatility, Excellence (DRIVE).

Requirements

Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
CPR/AED certified (required)
Reliable transportation & willingness to travel between sessions
Embraces using mobile and web apps (like Mindbody & Trainerize) to manage sessions, client notes, and communication
Excellent communication, professionalism, and energy

Responsibilities
