About The Position

Join ARS, the nation’s largest provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services with 7,000+ team members and over 45 years of experience. This is a full-time, year-round position with warm leads, meaning no cold-calling or canvassing is required. The role offers an uncapped commission structure and weekly settlements (draw or commission after training). A take-home vehicle, gas card, phone, and laptop are provided. Insurance is available after 31 days, including low-cost medical, dental, vision, and HSA/FSA options. Additionally, employees receive a 401(k) with company match, 13 days PTO plus 8 paid holidays, company-paid life insurance, and ongoing training and leadership development.

Requirements

  • Prior residential in-home sales experience
  • One-call-close experience strongly preferred
  • HVAC knowledge preferred (required in some locations)
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Must pass background check and drug screening
  • Ability to enter attics, crawlspaces, and work evenings/weekends as needed
  • Excellent communication and customer engagement skills

Responsibilities

  • Meet with residential homeowners to assess their comfort needs and present tailored HVAC system solutions.
  • Represent ARS in a consultative sales role with strong install support, fast turnaround, and industry-leading warranties.
  • All leads are company-generated and pre-set.
