About The Position

An in-home care and assistance company is hiring skilled Caregivers and Home Health Aides to provide care and assistance to clients in their homes. Full-time and part-time hours are available, with flexible schedules that may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, or overnight shifts, as well as weekdays and weekends. The listed pay is $10.00–$13.00 per hour, depending on experience. The interview location is 575 18th Street, Suite #3, Beaumont, Texas 77706; this is not the job location.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and understand English as needed for the job.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate.
• At least 6 months of experience as a Caregiver or Home Health Aide in healthcare, in homes or facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal hygiene care, including assistance with bathroom use or bedpans, bathing, mouth care, shaving, and skin and hair care.
• Assist clients with ambulation and transfers.
• Help with meal preparation and feeding.
• Accompany clients on errands or to medical appointments.
• Perform light housekeeping.
• Provide medication reminders.
