About The Position

GYMGUYZ is redefining the fitness industry as the nation’s leader in mobile personal training. We bring fitness directly to homes, offices, and organizations. This role offers the freedom of training on your terms with clients who want your coaching, without the typical gym environment. You will deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions, design personalized programs using our GYMGUYZ App, manage your schedule efficiently, motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins. We are looking for passionate personal trainers who crave flexibility, autonomy, and stability.

Requirements

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
• CPR/AED certified (required)
• Reliable transportation & willingness to travel between sessions
• Embraces using mobile and web apps (like Mindbody & Trainerize) to manage sessions, client notes, and communication
• Excellent communication, professionalism, and energy

Responsibilities

• Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions
• Design personalized programs using our GYMGUYZ App
• Conduct Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
• Manage your schedule efficiently
• Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins
• Collaborate with a supportive team that shares your passion
