Female Exercise Specialist
About The Position
At GYMGUYZ, we bring fitness directly to homes, offices, and organizations. We are looking for a Female Exercise Specialist who is passionate about personal training and craves freedom. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and stability, allowing you to train clients on your terms without the typical gym environment. You will deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions, design personalized programs using our GYMGUYZ App, conduct reassessments, manage your schedule efficiently, motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins. You will also collaborate with a supportive team and represent GYMGUYZ’s core values: Determination, Respect, Integrity, Versatility, Excellence (DRIVE).
Requirements
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
- CPR/AED certified (required)
- Reliable transportation & willingness to travel between sessions
- Embraces using mobile and web apps (like Mindbody & Trainerize) to manage sessions, client notes, and communication
- Excellent communication, professionalism, and energy
Responsibilities
