About The Position
Female Exercise Specialist In-home Certified Personal Trainer. At GYMGUYZ, we bring fitness directly to homes, offices, and organizations. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and stability for passionate personal trainers. You will deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions, design personalized programs using the GYMGUYZ App, conduct Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App, manage your schedule efficiently, motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins. You will also collaborate with a supportive team and represent GYMGUYZ’s core values — Determination, Respect, Integrity, Versatility, Excellence (DRIVE) — in every session.
Requirements
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
- CPR/AED certified (required)
- Reliable transportation & willingness to travel between sessions
- Embraces using mobile and web apps (like Mindbody & Trainerize) to manage sessions, client notes, and communication
- Excellent communication, professionalism, and energy
